Buddhists Against Videogames

Just noticed that my favorite Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, has outlawed videogames for monks. From the Revised Pratimoksha, the basic book of training for Buddhist monastics:

A bhikshu who plays electronic games, including those on a mobile phone or a computer, commits an Expression of Regret Offence.

This bothered me at first, as I like Buddhist thought and also videogames, but then I noticed they outlaw internet porn, sad and/or exciting music, masturbation, and a lot more.
