Fun with Google

Clive Thompson, constant purveyor of interesting links, references this fun little app by designer Grant Robinson: Guess the Google. This "game" is a lot of fun, and also points to the infiltration of searchable data into everyday consciousness. iTunes is another good example. I'm excited that I don't have to organize everything anymore. If I want a certain song, I search my iTunes library for it. If I want a certain thread in my email, I search my gmail account.

This is why Google is so important to the future.

Oh, and if you haven't used Google Maps yet, try it out.
